After a chilly but snug night camping we woke to find our tent with a coating of snow. After a quick breakfast and packing up it was time to hike. Up early, we hit the road to explore Desert Drive in Grand Canyon National Park. On the way, we visited the Tusayan Ruins and ended our park visit at Desert View, the last lookout of the canyon (or first depending on how you enter the park.) Our last days in Arizona took us to the Saguaro National Park. Surrounding Tuscon, the park is home to thousands of classic saguaro and other cacti species. From Tucson, we took a side trip south east to the legendary town of Tombstone, where we went back in time to the days of Wyatt Earp and the OK Corral shootout.
